SUGGESTIONS/TIPS:
WHAT BREAD IS BEST TO USE FOR MAKING GARLIC BREAD IN THE AIR FRYER?
 I like to use French or Italian Pane bread. These loaves are what you’ll most often see if you order
garlic bread at a restaurant.
 While they can come in a variety of shapes and sizes, a French baguette is typically going to be
longer and skinnier. Italian loaves tend to be shorter and fatter.
 So, if one shape appeals to you over the other, go ahead and choose that loaf!

SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE WITH PINEAPPLE

INGREDIENTS:
 1 (40 ounces) can cooked yams, drained
 ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
 ¼ cup brown sugar
 1 egg, beaten
 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
 ¼ teaspoon salt
 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
 8 ounces large marshmallows, cut in half
 ¼ cup chopped pecans
PREPARATION TIME-10 MINUTES; COOK TIME:-30 MINUTES.
HOW TO PREPARE:
STEP ONE: Preheat the Air fryer to 350 degrees F. While it’s heating up, coat a 1-quart baking dish with
cooking spray and set it aside while you make your simple sweet potato casserole with pineapple and
pecans.
STEP TWO: Before you begin, be sure to drain the canned yams. Then mash them with a potato masher in
a large mixing dish. If you don’t have one, a wooden spoon will suffice. Combine the melted butter, brown
sugar, egg, cinnamon, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add the smashed pineapple now.
STEP THREE: In the baking dish, evenly distribute the ingredients. Bake your pineapple sweet potato
casserole for 30 minutes, uncovered.
STEP FOUR: Remove the dish from the air fryer and sprinkle the marshmallows and pecans on top. Broil
the casserole for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the marshmallows are browned to your taste, to produce the
crispy and golden topping you want. Enjoy!

WHEN IS SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE READY?
 Remove the sweet potato casserole with pineapple from the Air fryer after about 30 minutes to
add your marshmallow and pecan topping. Heat up the Air fryer for a few minutes. Return the
casserole to the Air fryer and monitor it as it cooks. You’re ready to go when the marshmallows
turn a light golden brown tint.
